Halo
The Story --

Based in the future in space, you?re a soilder on a space ship with a super strong armour. You?re known as the cheif. When your ship gets blown up and your captain kidnapped you must travel to various worlds and envirments with the remainder of your crew and a hologramic woman who helps you out to search for him and Halo - a bomb capable of blowing up the whole universe.

The GamePlay --

With First Person Shooters (FPS?) the first thing you need is a good control layout that are easy to remember, simple, and responsive. Check that box then. The R shoulder button fires using the pressure control brilliantly as does the L trigger which throws grenades. the anolog sticks aim, again using the excellent Pressure control. So the Xbox controller is made for FPS? that much is clear, but the creators have also done a great job of using the Xbox?s power to create possibly the biggest and most technically impressive levels ever. You can look miles around without a single sign of pop-up, Arms and other body parts boune off walls rather than go through them, and you can every blood stain and bullets stays. The enemies have some of the most advanced AI this side of Metal Gear Solid, running away from grenades, using the surroundings as cover, and even stop firing to stop freindly fire.

The Graphics --

Anyone with eyes can see how beautiful this game is. Thw water effects are the most detailed yet, and the sun reflecting on it just shames the compotition. And it never dips under 60fps ( Frames Per Second) even in the biggest of battles. One of the snow levels leaves you flying 100?s of feet in the air and, if your aim is good enough, you can still shoot prople on the ground, it really must be seen to beleive.

LifeSpan --

10 Huge levels, and each level should take 1hr 30 for each level. Then you should play it on different difficulties because the AI gets more impressive and it gets even more atmospheric. This is also a class multiplayer game, pick the "Sidewinder" level and have a game of sniping, Even Timesplitters 2 cant compare.

Overall -

Theres a reason that 82% of all Xbox owners has this game. The gameplay is tweaked to perfection, It looks better than Camron Diaz, And it?s the best FPS in the since Half-life and Goldeneye. only if you hate FPS? do you not get this, and even if you do this may convert you
