Prisoner Cell Block H

For the women of Wentworth, life is tough on the ?inside?. Batting the system and often each other, the women must learn to adjust to life behind bars the best they can.

Scheduled to make only 20 episodes this Australian drama was such a huge hit they ended up making in total 692 over the space of eight years. It his the UK screens in 1987 on ITV.

Discs 2: The Terrorists Siege -
A commando squad take the women hostage and ruthlessly murder one of Wentworth?s most popular inmates. Also included is a bonus ?flashbacks? episode featuring clips from years of series.

Discs 3: The End -
The famous episode 600 riot and the series dramatic conclusion ? four of the best episodes in the series history.

I had never seen this before I watched the DVD to review it, but I have to say that I had wished that I had seen them before.
